Antique McCoy Yellow Ware Beehive Ribbed Ringware Mixing Bowl No 9

Its warm golden-yellow glaze, deeply ribbed Beehive design, broad rim and unusual square foot give it the well-loved look collectors seek in early utilitarian pottery.
The underside bears McCoy’s early shield mark with the number 9. This mark and construction likely date the bowl from the late 1920s to the mid-1930s.
Display it on open shelving, fill it with dried botanicals or add it to a collection of antique yellow ware and American stoneware. Due to its age and condition, it is recommended for decorative display rather than food preparation.

Condition:
Antique condition with multiple hairline cracks extending from the rim, several chips and nicks around the rim, crazing, glaze wear, surface marks and manufacturing irregularities.
