The Pierce Sisters Vintage is a registered small business in the state of North Carolina.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Because each item is vintage and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us.

If you have questions or concerns about an item, please contact us at piercesistersvintage@gmail.com before purchasing—we’re happy to provide additional details or photos.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you’ve received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

CANCELLATIONS

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, email piercesistersvintage@gmail.com with your order number.
After this timeframe, orders cannot be cancelled, as items are prepared for shipment quickly.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.
If you need your order by a specific date, please email us before placing your order—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

PACKAGING

We package every order carefully using a mix of new and recycled materials to protect your items and reduce environmental waste.
You may receive your order in a recycled box with outside markings or logos unrelated to our shop—this helps us keep shipping costs reasonable and sustainable.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available by appointment at our booths located in Farmville and Greenville, North Carolina.
If you’d like to arrange local pickup, choose that option at checkout or email piercesistersvintage@gmail.com after placing your order to schedule a time.

USA SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped within 3–5 business days and include tracking information once your item has shipped.
Delivery times vary depending on location.

CANADA SHIPPING

We are happy to ship to Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and include tracking once shipped.

Please note:

  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian customs.

  • We cannot alter customs declarations to avoid these fees.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and postal services.
