The Pierce Sisters Vintage is a registered small business in the state of North Carolina.
Because our pieces are vintage and one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, so please read item descriptions carefully and review all photos before placing an order.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on vintage items.
Each piece is unique, and signs of age or gentle wear are part of its character and history.
If you have questions before purchasing—such as condition details, measurements, or additional photos—please contact us at piercesistersvintage@gmail.com. We are always happy to help you make an informed decision.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

You believe you received the wrong item, or

There is a significant issue with your order.
Email piercesistersvintage@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right—either with a replacement (if available) or a refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing piercesistersvintage@gmail.com.
After this period, we begin preparing your order for shipment and cannot accept cancellations.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued if an item is approved as damaged, lost, or materially misdescribed.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method once the item is received and reviewed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
